Accommodation
Each cat or family of cats will have a heated indoor chalet with an outdoor run. We have varying style and size of chalets to allow for multiple cats and any individual preferences.
Bedding, Toys and Attention
Cosy beds, blankets, and spaces to relax in are all provided. Some guests also choose to bring bedding from home to provide familiar comforts. We provide toys, scratching posts and cardboard boxes for enrichment, we also give regular cuddles, playtime and grooming (please provide brush) during their stay if they like it (or require it).
Feeding
We have a wide range of both dry food and wet food, and will keep your cat on their regular diet where possible. If your cat is on a special diet or prescription food, please bring their food with them for their stay and clearly label their food. Cats are fed at least twice a day or according to their current feeding at home. During their holiday, should your cat decide that they do not like the advised food staff will offer an alternative. We stock fish and chicken for any cats who need encouragement.
Medication
We are very experienced in administering medication to your cat should it be required, at no additional cost. Medication should be labelled clearly with cats name, dosage and requirements.
Vet Visits
Your cats welfare is paramount here at Cats Cradle. We ask customers to fill out a separate veterinary form. In the event of an illness or injury developing during the stay we will contact you, or your emergency contact and take your cat to the vet if required. We can also take cats to appointments for preexisting conditions if discussed prior to the visit.
